The Frontier Town Camp Director is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a summer camp program that engages the hearts and minds of teenage campers with the gospel message. This includes creating a wholesome environment where staff and campers experience the love of Christ, Christian role models, positive community, and challenges that stretch them— all while having a blast! This position specializes in working with male staff and boys' cabins and activities. This is a highly relational, leadership position that serves alongside a female co-director.

The Food Service Specialist is responsible for ordering, unpacking, prepping, and cooking meals as well as maintaining, cleaning, and organizing RVR food service areas. This is a full time, year-round, position focused on fostering an atmosphere of hospitality to ensure an enjoyable experience for guests, staff, and visitors. The Food Service Specialist reports directly to the Food Service Director.

Each year RVR seeks out vibrant, ministry minded individuals to serve for 8-10 weeks in numerous capacities facilitating our premier summer camp programs in northern Maryland! From counselors to prep cooks, multimedia techs, nurses, lifeguards, and more, this is more than a summer job— it’s a chance to serve, make an eternal impact in the lives of the next generation, and become part of the RVR community for years to come.
